Fried Teriyaki Salmon Wraps

Who doesn't love a wrap for lunch (or dinner)?  This fishy-fried wrap is stuffed to the gills with flakey, marinated-to-perfection salmon, fried, and topped with homemade teriyaki sauce.

To make this dish you will need:
  • tortilla
  • teriyaki marinated salmon
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon jarred garlic
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
To make a fishy-wrap:
Season and bake your salmon. Flake the fish using a fork.

Place the flaked fish onto the center of a soft-taco sized tortilla.
Wrap the tortilla around the fish.
Heat oil in a pan until hot.
Place the wrapped fish into the hot oil.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.
When wrap is golden, remove it from the pan and place it on a plate.
In a small bowl (or mug), pour soy sauce.
Add garlic and brown sugar.
Microwave for 45 seconds.
Remove sauce from microwave and stir.
Drizzle your teriyaki sauce over you delicious wrap.
Enjoy!

Serve these warm.

Verdict: Maybe it was because I was sick when I tried this but I saw the toilet up close and personal after consuming. Try at your own risk!
